Each and every new year, resolutions
are made. Some are practical and
attainable, while others are made to
be broken.
Admit it. We've all made
resolutions that seem like a great
idea at the time, but within weeks
we find ourselves busy with our old
ways and habits. I believe changes
are made and are easier to implement
in small steps. Keep your overall
goal in mind, knowing that things
rarely happen overnight.

creating a lovely and inviting home

Be courageous and clear
clutter!
Perhaps instead of heading to
storage bin utopia, you need to
get rid of what you think you
need to store! It's the
quickest way to get rid of
unwanted pounds! Sure, when
necessary, there are storage
containers to suit every
possible need. Do not purchase
containers for storing items
until you have taken an honest
look at your true needs.
Warm up your interiors!
Your home doesn't need to feel
chilly when it's cold outside.
Use warm colors in textured
fabrics like matelasse or
cottons. Cover glass top tables
and you will instantly soften
hard surfaces. Pillows and
throws are cozy additions. Get
rid of small frumpy pillows.
Replace outdated light
fixtures with hanging pendant
lights, or add some shades to
chandeliers. A fresh shade on
an old lamp can do wonders!
Got Color?
Go for it! Don't be afraid of
trying color. Get advice if it
makes you more comfortable when
selecting a new color. Paint is
the least expensive and most
dramatic change you can make in
a room. You'll never know what
you've been missing if you don't
try!
Bring the outdoors in!
Bring the garden lanterns in for
chandeliers. Use twigs or
moss-covered limbs in vases for
winter arrangements.
Enjoy your home this winter!
Cozy up by a fire and admire the
steps you have taken to try new

Interior Redesign
An Interior Redesign begins with a
consultation to discuss issues you may have with
any room(s) in your home. You may feel that your space does
not reflect your personality or interests. You may feel
overwhelmed because you do not have the time to focus on
getting that look you so desire. Perhaps, like for most of
us, your needs have changed but your space hasn’t. I can
suggest solutions and provide ideas that will make your
space function beautifully. For less than the cost of
painting a room, you can be assured success!
Redesign
Consultation: $75.00 for a generous hour
The actual redesign of your room
begins with clearing the space to see it with a
decorator’s eye. Using furniture, lighting and accessories
you have, an interior redesign will give your room “designer
attitude” without the designer cost. What a relief not to
feel pressure to buy anything! By the way; you may work,
play, or whatever you like during the redesign. You’ll love
coming home to your “new” space.
One Room Redesign:
$250.00 (combination rooms-$300.00)
Two Room Redesign: $450.00 (must be booked same day)
Interior Decorating
You may decide that you need advice
about color, furniture, accessories, window
treatments, or every decision in a project. I can help you
with your specific needs and work within your budget. During
your decorating consultation, we will define your needs,
wishes, and determine what is needed to create the space you
desire. You will receive a list of things to purchase to
complete the project. You can shop for yourself, or we will
shop together, or I will do it all for you. Any decorator
discounts on purchases will be passed along to you. You may
decide to complete the project yourself or I will complete
the project for you.
Interior Decorating
Consultation: $75.00 for one generous hour
Interior Decorating: $75.00 per hour
Shopping: $50.00 per hour
Real Estate Staging
The Real Estate Staging
consultation begins with an assessment of the
exterior and interior spaces using a standardized scoring
process. Photos of the property are taken during the initial
walk through. A written evaluation of the property’s overall
score detailing suggestions for improvements is provided.
The seller may chose to make the initial improvements. The
consultation takes one to three hours depending on square
footage.
Staging
Consultation: $125.00 (2500 sq. ft. or less)
$150.00 (2501-3500 sq. ft.)
$175.00 (3501-4500 sq. ft.)
Over 4500 sq. ft., please request quote
After the initial Staging
consultation, we can determine if further Staging
services are needed. There are several options, depending on
what is needed to promote a quick sale of your home for top
dollar.
One Day Staging features
the room with the best possible furniture arrangement and
accessories. The space is made appealing to potential buyers
who can visualize it as their own. Editing items or adding a
few new things may be necessary to complete the desired
effect.
One Day Staging:
$250.00 for one room
One Day Staging Package
includes the redesign of the main four rooms in the house.
The family area, kitchen, master bedroom and foyer are
cleared and replaced to reveal the positive attributes of
each. This is a great return on your investment!
One Day Staging
Package: $400.00
Vacant homes may require leasing furniture to create visual
interest to bring a higher selling price. This is a tailored
plan specific to the property. Please schedule a
consultation.
Move-in Placement
Moving can be a daunting task for
many of us. Make it easy on yourself by getting
advice and assistance that will get you off to the right
start in your new home. I’ll help you have a relaxing,
wonderful space in a very short period of time.
Move-in Placement:
$250.00 per room
$450.00 two rooms
Party and Interior Holiday Decorating
The reason so many people don’t
entertain is lack of TIME! We should all share
time in our homes with family and friends. A beautifully
decorated home that is warm, a fabulous table setting that
is inviting, a hostess that is relaxed . . . all say
welcome. You and your guests will enjoy being together and
you will feel proud and pleased that you shared with others.
We live in the south, so make the most of southern
entertaining! Call me with your party date or special
occasion and I’ll take it from there. You just relax.
Party and Interior
Holiday Decorating: $60.00 per hour plus cost of any new
items
